Krystal Marie Ball

 Krystal Marie Balm (born on November 24 the 24th of November, 1980) is an American journalist and political commentator. Her past roles included being a presidential candidate and an anchor on TV at MSNBC. She's frequently a contributor to The Huffington Post, a frequent contributor to The Huffington Post, and a former co-host on The Hill's Rising with Saagar Ejeti. In the month of May, 2021 Ball and Enjeti announced that they would be leaving the show to start their own project called Breaking Points with Krystal and Saagar. Ball co-hosts the show Krystal Kyle & Friends with Kyle Kulinski. She has guest appearances on Fox News, CNN and Fox News. As of 2020, Ball is married to Jonathan Dariyanani. Ball is able to attribute her new political interest to her experience after becoming pregnant during the 2008 primaries and also watching the results of the 2008 US presidential election while working in Jordan. She was able to see how the election affected those in that country, and thus she was able to appreciate the global impact US politics has on all people in the world. She was a Senior Fellowship member of the New Leaders Council. Ball was the Democratic Party's candidate for Congress in Virginia’s 1st congressional District in 2010. She was defeated by Rob Wittman, the Republican incumbent. She was co-host of The Cycle on MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 until July 2015. She hosted the MSNBC show The Cycle from June 2012 to July 2015.
